1. About the service

Meulenbase is a reporting platform currently in its Early Access phase. Access is provided free of charge during this period. By registering an account and using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Upload, transmit, or store any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Your data

5. Early Access and free use

The platform is currently provided free of charge during Early Access. Commercial pricing has not yet been introduced. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future, at which point existing users will be given reasonable notice. Early Access accounts may be subject to data or feature limitations as the platform evolves.

6. Availability and changes

We make no guarantees of uptime or availability during Early Access phase. The platform is under active development and features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable. We will endeavour to minimise disruption but cannot guarantee continuity of service.

7. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Inactive Early Access accounts may be removed after an extended period of inactivity, with prior notice where possible.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meulenbase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
